Job Summary

Lead weekly demand & supply planning meetings ensuring alignment across procurement
logistics warehousing and sales.
Categorize products into ABC classification to define target availability.
Analyze demand pattern frequency/duration of backorders target inventory level order-to-arrival time demand variation and product shelf life.
Ensure diagnostics inventory in warehouse does not exceed 90 days of sales.
Manage Expired Products Control systems
Activate and optimize demand planning module in Dynamics365.
Map current supply chain processes in Dynamics365 identify gaps and propose automated/AI-driven improvements.
Build dynamic D365/Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions across procurement
warehousing inbound/outbound logistics and demand planning.

HND or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Industrial Engineering Business or a related field. A Masters Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit is required.
35 years experience in demand planning supply chain analysis or operations (experience in medical equipment diagnostics or healthcare industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of demand planning tools and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 SAP IBP Oracle NetSuite Odoo or similar).
Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
Understanding of import/export processes customs regulations and medical device compliance in Nigeria/region.
Excellent presentation analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to support customer sites.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
