Role & responsibilities
- Plan implement monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search PMax YouTube)
- Manage end-to-end paid advertising including budget allocation targeting A/B testing creative optimization UTM tracking and performance reporting
- Create and execute content strategy for YouTube Instagram Facebook TikTok and other social platforms
- Use AI-driven marketing tools (ChatGPT Canva AI HeyGen Descript Zapier etc) to streamline content creation ads and automation workflows
- Implement & optimize CRM integrations for lead capture scoring nurturing and automation
- Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Create retargeting funnels and nurture sequences through email SMS and WhatsApp
- Track analyze and improve KPIs: CPL CAC ROAS conversion rate lead quality
- Work closely with the management and sales team to align marketing with training batches promotions and sales targets
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for growth across paid organic and social channels
- Assist with SEO and Generative AI SEO (optimizing for Google SGE ChatGPT Search Perplexity etc.) through keyword research blog topics and AI-enhanced content
Preferred candidate profile
- 1 tp more years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels tracking conversion optimization and remarketing
- Experience using AI tools for marketing automations content creation and creative generation
- Experience with YouTube Ads video marketing and short-form content strategy preferred
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot etc) and experience integrating ads and CRM workflows
- Experience with landing page builders
- Exposure to North American markets (Canada/US) preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make ROI-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with willingness to test new ideas and unconventional strategies
- Team player with strong ownership accountability and consistency
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business IT or related field preferred
- Should be able to thrive in a start up environment
