Our team is quickly Scaling and were on the hunt for a Business Development Manager whos passionate about making a real impactboth in growing our client base and helping more mothers secure meaningful work-from-home opportunities.


Your mission in a nutshell:

Bring in potential clients close high-quality deals and help us expand our reach so we can empower more moms to thrive in remote careers.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager ideally with a strong background in selling virtual assistant (VA) services or related B2B solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in deal-closing with a track record of securing high-value clients and building long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbalin English with the ability to craft compelling proposals and confidently engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in contract development and negotiation with a solid understanding of terms structure and risk mitigation.

Skills Requirements:

  • Must have solid expertise of 5-7 years of B2B account and pipeline management.
  • Must be a top sales closer champion for high ticket accounts.
  • Must have the ability to close business deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Level management/executives.
  • Go getter and hunter attitude.
  • Proactive
