About the Role

We are seeking a world-class Senior Graphic Designer to lead our graphic designers and set a new creative standard across all visual outputs (books covers packaging branding and digital assets). This role is ideal for a visionary design leader who can elevate our brands visual identity while providing strong creative direction and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and manage our graphic designers elevating the quality and consistency of all design work.
Develop and maintain a high-level creative vision for books covers packaging and product visuals.
Own the entire design process from conceptualization to polished final assets.
Create and enforce design standards and systems that scale with the company.
Conduct design reviews provide feedback and ensure all assets meet brand and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for innovation in visual storytelling typography and user experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

World-class portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design across multiple mediums.
Demonstrated success leading or mentoring designers.
Deep expertise in layout design typography packaging and brand systems.
Highly proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite Figma etc.
Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both creatively and operationally.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Experience in publishing consumer products wellness or lifestyle brands is a plus.
