We are seeking a passionate and qualified Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English to join our dedicated education team. Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and curriculum-compliant English lessons for Classes 9 and 10 aligned with CBSE/ICSE/state board syllabi.
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans teaching resources and assessment tools that promote reading writing speaking and listening skills.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments analyze student performance and provide timely constructive feedback.
- Facilitate classroom discussions creative writing exercises and literary analysis to enhance comprehension and expression.
- Integrate digital tools and multimedia resources to enrich learning experiences and support diverse learning styles.
- Guide students in presentations debates creative writing projects and literary competitions to build confidence and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate academic records and actively participate in parent-teacher meetings academic reviews and professional development sessions.
- Stay current with developments in language education and incorporate modern pedagogical approaches into daily instruction.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in English (B.A. or equivalent) with a . qualification (or equivalent teacher training certification).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school or educational institution.
- Strong command of the English language with in-depth knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/state board syllabi for Grades 910.
- Proven ability to design effective lesson plans assessments and learning activities.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and classroom technology to support instruction.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning inclusive education and continuous professional growth.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g. TGT eligibility as per state education board or NCTE norms).
