Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring a Gujarati Language Teacher to provide virtual lessons to our client.

Location: India (online)
Preferred start date: ASAP
Lesson format: Virtual (Google Meet preferred)
Details
Availability: Friday between 4:00 pm 8:00 pm (India time)
Lesson Frequency: 1 time per week
Lesson Duration: 1 hour
Current level: Beginner
Native/other languages: Not specified
Students language needs and goals:
Communicate with local colleagues
Talk confidently with friends and vendors
Build practical everyday Gujarati for daily interactions
Responsibilities
Design beginner-level Gujarati lessons focused on real-life communication
Teach essential vocabulary and common expressions used in daily situations
Develop speaking and listening skills for practical use
Adapt lesson pacing and content based on student progress
Encourage conversational practice and confidence-building
Qualifications
Native or near-native proficiency in Gujarati
Teaching certificate or degree in language teaching linguistics education or related field
Experience teaching adult beginners (preferred)
Ability to deliver clear practical and engaging virtual lessons
Comfortable teaching via Google Meet
