Job Summary

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Identify develop and onboard OEM clients.
2. Achieve monthly and annual OEM sales targets.
3. Build long-term OEM relationships.
4. Negotiate pricing and supply agreements.
5. Drive bulk sales of solar products including BESS.
6. Work with engineering/product teams for OEM requirements.
7. Track competitor and market trends.
8. Ensure timely payment collections.
9. Maintain CRM pipeline and MIS reporting.
10. Represent Loom Solar in OEM exhibitions.

Requirements

Specific Knowledge & Skills

Solar modules inverters lithium batteries BESS
OEM procurement cycles & technical evaluation
Negotiation communication presentation
Pricing costing forecasting
CRM & analytics skills


Required Skills:

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering (as per industry). Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit SolidWorks or other design tools is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
