Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager
City of London - 4 days IN; 1 day WFH
Base up touncapped OTE

A fast-growing specialist media and events organisation is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across a portfolio of high-profile conferences publications and digital products within the institutional investment sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated commercially minded professional to join a tight-knit friendly team in a hybrid setup. Youll play a key role in shaping revenue strategy building strong client relationships and contributing directly to the success of a respected and fast-moving business.

What Youll Be Doing
- Hitting and exceeding revenue targets across events digital and print products
- Conducting market and desk research to identify high-value opportunities
Meeting clients (in-person and virtually) to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborating with production editorial and operations teams to build compelling sponsorship packages

- Proven experience in B2B sponsorship or media sales (ideally in publishing or financial services)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
