The Role

Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily front-office operations and setting professional standards for communication
Managing student records attendance systems and admissions documentation
Supporting senior leaders with meeting coordination reporting and organisation
Maintaining safeguarding GDPR and compliance records
Line-managing administrative staff and supporting their development
Acting as a trusted point of contact for parents visitors and external agencies
