Your Mission
As part of our CRM Team you will design and optimize end-to-end lifecycle experiences across multiple brands and markets.
- Build launch and optimise lifecycle campaignsacross email push in-app and web
- Operate confidently within Braze using advanced segmentation journey orchestration and structured testing
- Improve early-lifecycle performancethrough onboarding activation trial conversion and reactivation flows
- Apply behavioural principlesto increase engagement and reduce early drop-off
- Identify commercial opportunitiesthrough experimentation and data-driven analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionallywith Creative Analytics and Market teams to deliver high-quality timely lifecycle communication
- Translate insights into clear actionable improvementsthat drive both engagement and revenue
Your Story
You bring a strong mix of technical CRM skills analytical thinking and user empathy.
- Deep hands-on experience with Braze(certification or clearly demonstrated advanced expertise)
- Braze Certified Marketer
- Braze Certified Digital Strategist
- Braze Certified Practitioner
- Proventrack record in B2C mobile apps ideally with large user funnels and fast CRM velocity
- Experience in subscription modelsand free-to-paid lifecycle strategies
- Familiarity withhigh-intensity activation approaches(e.g. frequent early touchpoints strong value framing conversion-driven communication) as used by top subscription apps
- Ahabit-building mindset: you think in triggers routines and motivation loops
- Analytical and experimentation-driven with the ability to interpret lifecycle data and turn insights into action
- Strong communication instincts and the ability to craft clear motivating messages (supported by creative resources when needed)
- Experience applyingbehavioural scienceto lifecycle design
- Exposure topricing paywall or offer testing
- Experience working acrossmultiple European markets or languages
