Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Everything To Gain is in search of a skilled Automation Developer to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing automation solutions that streamline our processes and elevate our operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify areas where automation can drive improvements and deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation workflows to support various functional areas within the company.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for further automation and optimization.
- Monitor and evaluate automation performance adjusting as necessary to meet organizational goals.
- Document technical specifications and workflows to ensure clarity and usability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to enhance automation capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automation Developer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript or similar.
- Familiarity with integration platforms and services (e.g. Zapier )
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
