Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary client-facing liaison for requirements gathering and project
coordination.
Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture business functional and
technical requirements.
Document requirements clearly and translate them into functional
specifications for development teams.
Author user stories and define acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design development QA) to ensure
solutions meet client objectives.
Manage JIRA boards maintain ticket accuracy and guide tasks through
completion.
Create and maintain Confluence documentation and process flows.
Monitor project scope identify deviations and manage change requests.
Support developers and QA during build and testing phases by clarifying
requirements and resolving issues.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Requisitos
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business
Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a digital agency or
technology consultancy.
Proven experience documenting requirements for websites and CMS
integrations (Drupal Sitecore preferred).
Strong understanding of web technologies CMS platforms and responsive
design principles.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies (scrum sprint planning
retrospectives demos).
Experience managing JIRA boards and creating Confluence documentation.
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work across multiple projects and manage priorities effectively.
Proactive detail-oriented and capable of resolving issues before they
escalate
Required Skills:
Required Skills Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript. Strong experience with React and (mandatory). Advanced HTML5 and CSS/SCSS knowledge including methodologies (BEM/SMACSS). Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs. Solid Git skills (PRs branching conflict resolution). Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Vite. Nice-to-Have Experience with headless CMS (Sitecore XM Cloud Contentful etc.). Basic understanding of CI/CD (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions). Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
