ABOUT THE MISSION

You will manage and develop a diverse portfolio of retailers across Poland on behalf of Columbia and SOREL. This includes:

  • JD Sports
  • Outdoor and sporting goods specialty stores (e.g. Trekker FAM etc.) approximately 25 accounts
  • Selective sport-lifestyle and authenticator boutiques targeting younger trend-led consumers

Your core mission is to strengthen our presence in outdoor and sporting goods doors while elevating our visibility and relevance in lifestyle distribution including managing JD with the right strategic attention and cross-functional alignment (notably with the UK team).

Based in Warsaw and part of our Central Eastern Europe Sales organization you will join a small experienced team overseeing the wholesale business of Columbia and Sorel across the country. The team is led by the Country Manager Poland and include one Senior Sales Representative one Digital Sales Manager and yourself!

HOW YOULL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

  • Manage a portfolio of Columbia and SOREL accounts in your assigned territory and execute seasonal sales strategies to grow the business responsibly.
  • Deliver compelling seasonal product presentations and ensure the assortment reflects both consumer needs and brand positioning.
  • Visit accounts regularly to monitor sell-out support in-season business and strengthen relationships through consistent proactive service.
  • Develop distribution opportunities across outdoor/sporting goods accounts and explore new lifestyle-oriented stores aligned with brand elevation goals.
  • Build and update account plans including seasonal targets assortment recommendations and local activation opportunities.
  • Support marketing activities in your region and ensure store staff receive seasonal product training.
  • Gather insights on competitors market dynamics and consumer trends to inform local strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Credit teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve potential issues.
  • Organize and maintain showroom and samples according to visual merchandising guidelines.

YOU ARE

  • A relationship-builder who creates trust with customers through regular contact credibility and clear communication essential in relationship-driven specialty retail.
  • Sales-driven and motivated by growth with the resilience focus and drive needed to reach targets in a competitive market.
  • Autonomous and well-organized able to manage your agenda travel reporting and priorities independently.
  • Structured and analytical using data sell-through trends and forecasting tools to make informed decisions.
  • Curious about lifestyle and outdoor trends with a genuine interest in understanding different consumer segments and distribution tiers.

YOU HAVE

  • 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative ideally in footwear apparel outdoor or lifestyle/sportswear categories.
  • Experience working with segmented distribution (sporting goods outdoor lifestyle or fashion retailers).
  • Strong command of the sales cycle including account planning forecasting prospecting and in-season management.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions identify opportunities and propose relevant actions.
  • Fluency in English and a valid driving licence (Category B)
