Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Accountable for outgrowing the market (boost Market Share) and delivering sales targets for promoted Therapeutical Areas behind strong Leadership for a reporting sales line;
Develops and properly communicates sales strategy required to deliver business objectives and reconcile performance across regions to achieve the desired target on a total-country level;
Actively participates in a Sales & Business Planning process consult and take responsibility for FF targets / objectives and effectively cascade them to a sales team;
Actively participates in a Brand Planning process providing required strategic input;
Responsible for recognizing and propagating initiatives that secure the right level of sales and unlock business opportunities for promoted Therapeutical Areas to support their sustainable future growth;
Manages a team of reporting KAM. Develop them by providing on-going feedback mentoring or/and coaching;
Leads and inspires an entire reporting sales line to keep high engagement level and implements incentive program to motivate and stimulate field force to achieve goals;
Accountable for continuous improvement of team selling skills through recognizing training needs and implementing the right / relevant tools and solutions;
Accountable for quality collaboration with Key Accounts Marketing & Product Managers Trade Team Medical Advisors Supply Chain Market Access and other functions essential to achieving business goals;
Keeps abreast of the latest scientific developments in the assigned therapeutical area. Stays updated on product knowledge insights among HCPs market trends competitive environment and pricing to provide Marketing team with quality input from the field and partner Marketers in shaping the best-in class selling story for Customers;
Develop an inclusive team culture and ensure a work environment built on Sandozs values and principles.
Our Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as a National Sales Manager or at least 3 years of experience as a First Line Manager or Key Account Manager in the hospital line
Experience in the hospital business is a must-have requirement
Strong proven leadership skills;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Analytical skills required to think and act decisively;
Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment;
Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry;
Impeccable reputation built on the right values and behaviors;
Driving license;
Proficient in English and Polish.
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation isdeterminedby job level qualifications niche skills experience and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform ourrangeplacement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes market alignment and business needs.
Pay range: 21 100 - 39 193 zł (gross)/monthly
Variable compensation:
Annual performance-based bonus of 18%;
Company car(orcar allowance3 100 zł gross);
Employee share program.
Additionalbenefits include:
Lunch card worth 450złper month;
Laptop mobile phonetablet;
Multisport or Kaltura card (co-financed by the employee);
Language learning platform.
Expected weekly working hours:40h
Contracttype: fixed-term employment contract
