- Build the annual trade activation calendar aligned with brand priorities launches and business objectives
- Design differentiated activation plans for GT MT & Key Accounts based on shopper insights
- Ensure timely execution of monthly/quarterly trade programs with strong cross-functional alignment
- Develop and deploy ROI-driven visibility programs across GT & MT
- Lead creation of POSM planograms in-store branding and activation toolkits
- Monitor execution quality through field audits SFA photos and agency scorecards
- Drive continuous improvement with pre/post activation KPIs
- Build annual merchandiser deployment strategy based on store segmentation and business priorities
- Drive SOS availability shelf standards and planogram compliance
- Support GTM design including coverage expansion distributor mapping & store segmentation
- Ensure trade programs visibility KPIs and activation tasks are integrated into SFA tools
- Collaborate with sales ops on DMS workflows for schemes POSM tracking and secondary sales validation
- Work with Sales Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Agencies for seamless activation
- Partner with KAMs & channel teams to build tailored activation & visibility solutions for key customers
- Share structured market insights on competition shopper trends and execution gaps
- Manage trade marketing budgets across activation visibility and merchandising
- Track ROI and productivity metrics for all trade programs
- Ensure strong vendor governance and cost efficiencies
