We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in as aServiceNow Developer. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Create and configure workflows business rules UI policies client scripts and other platform components.

• Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNows scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript Glide API).

• Perform regular platform upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs web services and other integration methods.

• Develop and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Collaborate with IT teams project managers and other developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Conduct unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user guides and training materials.

• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.
