Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer you will step into a high-impact client-facing consulting role where your technical expertise directly shapes the digital future of major enterprises. You will lead the design and development of scalable high-performance Salesforce solutions working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure every line of code aligns with overarching business goals.

This isnt a behind the scenes coding job. You will be at the forefront of technical design sessions translating complex business requirements into robust enterprise-grade architectures. From developing custom Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to orchestrating seamless system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs you will maintain the highest standards of code quality. Beyond the technical execution you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our practice by mentoring junior developers and ensuring our solutions remain innovative maintainable and world-class.

To excel in this role you should be a problem-solver who thrives in the fast-paced environment of professional services. We are looking for a consultant who can bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value.

Technical Expertise:

• Experience: Extensive hands-on Salesforce development under your belt.

• Core Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Apex LWC SOQL/SOSL and Flows.

• Platform Knowledge: A deep understanding of Salesforce architecture security and the full development lifecycle.

• Integrations: Proven experience connecting Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.

• Certifications: You must hold a Platform Developer I certification (PDII is a major plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD tools and version control (Git/Bitbucket).

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Specialized knowledge in Sales Service Marketing or Experience Clouds.

• Communication: You can explain the why behind a technical decision to a non-technical stakeholder with clarity and confidence.

• Autonomy: You are self-motivated and capable of leading a project workstream independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
