About the Role
You will support and evolve our finance technology platforms ensuring our teams can deliver accurate planning reporting and insights. Working closely with finance specialists and technical partners you will develop solutions that drive efficiency and help embed new ways of working across the function.
What Youll Do
- Improve and maintain IBM Cognos Planning Analytics and associated finance systems ensuring reliability and scalability for core reporting needs
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather validate and document technical requirements enabling solutions that enhance both accuracy and efficiency
- Analyse current and future state processes applying structured problemsolving to recommend enhancements that improve workflows and data integrity
- Share knowledge and coach colleagues to increase adoption of finance systems contributing to a stronger digital capability across the team
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure system governance documentation and change processes are clear and consistently applied
What Youll Bring
- Strong experience in analytics reporting or finance technology including at least seven years supporting enterprisescale data or finance systems
- Technical expertise with IBM Cognos Planning Analytics SQL and disclosure management tools using these to deliver accurate modelling testing and reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into welldefined technical solutions that deliver value and improve decisionmaking
- Proven capability to analyse problems debug complex issues and design solutions that support finance users at scale
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively with diverse finance audit and technology teams
