Job Summary
CMAV Program Manager/Assistant
Work Location: Naval Station Norfolk
Active Secret Security clearance required
Tasks:
Develop CMAV oversight program
Conduct analysis of CM availabilities to ensure compliance with 6 week CMAV
guidance
Assess Milestones for ability to be successful in planning CM avails
Conduct analysis of OTC for CM avails
Data analytics
Must have a min 10-15 years experience in naval operations with US Navy ship maintenance knowledge
Must have a min 5 years supervising or leading teams
Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Must possess ability to function and lead in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess exceptionally strong communication and analytical skills be a self-starter and detail oriented work well with a team interacts with multiple levels and functional areas and able to build and manage customer relationships
