Project Management Support Specialist

The Project Management Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to New Product Development Sustaining engineering and packaging teams. This role focuses on managing Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) within Windchill as well as handling IFUs and procurement and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process ECRs and ECNs in Windchill ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation.

• Monitor ECR/ECN workflows in Windchill ensuring timely escalation of bottlenecks and overdue tasks.

• Prepare weekly reports summarizing change order status pending approvals and implementation timelines.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to validate vendor quotes and initiate PO requests in Oracle.

• Manage purchase order (PO) creation and placement through Oracle ERP system.

• Track invoice processing and resolve discrepancies by liaising with finance and suppliers.

• Assist in resource allocation by updating project schedules and maintaining accurate task assignments.

• Support compliance audits by organizing documentation related to change management and procurement activities.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align engineering quality and supply chain teams on project priorities if required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.

• 10 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support within a technical environment with familiarity with PLM systems (Windchill) and ERP systems (Oracle).

Preferred Qualification:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
