Job Title: Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer
Location: Minneapolis MN 55407
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (5x8)
Orientation: 8 Hours

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer to join a high-volume cardiac imaging department within a leading acute care and teaching facility. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in adult echocardiography and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that performs both inpatient and outpatient studies.
Schedule & Workload
Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM MondayFriday
Weekend Requirement: As needed based on department demand
Daily Caseload: Department performs 75100 echoes per day across all techs
Floating: Tech may float within scope but not to sister facilities
Block Scheduling: Possible depending on department needs
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of Echo Tech experience
First-time travelers: Not accepted
Inpatient & ER experience: Required
Preferred experience: Outpatient PICU NICU neonate and teaching hospital settings
Required Certifications
BLS (AHA)
RDCS (Adult) Required
RDCS (Pediatric) Preferred
