Our Buildings team continues to grow and were looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to deliver technically challenging Data Centre and mission-critical building projects across WA.
At Aurecon your expertise powers the spaces that keep our digital world connected. Youll collaborate with clients architects and other disciplines to design resilient efficient systems that meet the demands of modern technology and tomorrows sustainability goals.

- Technical leadership: Lead the mechanical design documentation and technical delivery for large-scale Data Centre projects.
- Innovation & performance: Apply emerging technologies and sustainable design practices to optimise efficiency and resilience.
- Collaboration: Partner with electrical structural and building services teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Client connection: Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders providing clear technical guidance and responsive service.
- Digital engineering: Embrace digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance design quality.

What youll bring:
8 years experience in mechanical design for Data Centres or critical facilities within the buildings sector.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles redundancy systems and energy-efficient solutions.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects in line with Australian Standards and client requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering. A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring others.
