Job Summary
Location: Elk Grove CA Full-Time Business Development Coordinator (BDC Agent)
Compensation: $19.00 to $26.00 hourly
Drive Family Firstis a customer-focused Nissan and Mazda dealership committed to treating every guest like family. We are seeking aBDC Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and help deliver an exceptional dealership experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face customer interaction thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in long-term growth within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls texts emails and online leads
Schedule qualified sales and service appointments
Build knowledge of Nissan and Mazda vehicles
Accurately log customer interactions in Eleads CDK Dealerlogix XTime and Vollie
Follow up with past customers and unsold showroom traffic
Greet customers and assist with cashiering and customer service needs
Answer and route incoming dealership calls
Qualifications
Valid drivers license
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable learning new systems and technology
Positive attitude reliability and multitasking ability
High school diploma or equivalent
Automotive experience or bilingual Spanish preferred
