What Youll Do (Your Impact Matters!)
As a Service BDC Representative youll be the voice of our service departmentbuilding relationships driving appointments and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments
Proactively reach out to current customers via phone email and text
Follow up on service reminders missed appointments and marketing campaigns
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Management to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain accurate customer information and appointment notes
Attend weekly team meetings and complete ongoing training
Deliver exceptional customer serviceevery customer every time
What Were Looking For
Previous BDC or call center experience is a plus (but not required!)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident upbeat phone presence
Excellent follow-through and organization
Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
Positive can-do attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
