The Position

As a Country Clinical Operations Excellence (cCoE) Leader in PDG you will be pivotal in driving portfolio-wide improvements and boosting clinical trial delivery productivity. This position involves fostering innovative trial execution tackling critical needs and collaborating with key stakeholders across PDQ pRED gRED USM and PDMA. You will lead and shape initiatives to implement new operational models with both internal and external partners ultimately impacting clinical trial delivery.

The opportunity:

  • Lead strategic initiatives: Develop and implement plans for Clinical Operations Excellence (CoE) initiatives that support our business objectives.

  • Innovate trial execution: Stay ahead of external trends and best practices enhancing our learning and knowledge management programs to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Drive process improvements: Lead teams in creating and implementing enhanced global and local processes policies and training programs to boost efficiency standardization and a strong compliance culture.

  • Ensure quality and compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations (GCP/GVP) oversee audits safeguard data integrity and act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities.

  • Mentor and coach teams: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams solving complex challenges and contributing to the operational strategy for clinical trial execution.

Who you are:

  • Degree (MD PhD MA/MS BA/BS) in life sciences or equivalent. Postgraduate degree or masters degree highly desirable.

  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.

  • Experience in product development is essential.

  • Knowledge of end-to-end clinical trial processes and strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and guidelines.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

  • Fluency in written and spoken language of the host country is mandatory.
