Key Responsibilities:
People Operations & Service Excellence
Case Management & Support: Assist the People Ops Lead in managing the ticketing desk ensuring requests meet agreed-upon service levels (SLAs) and resolving complex issues to remove blockers.
Data-Informed Insights: Develop and monitor query data dashboards identifying trends to collaborate with People Services on continuous process improvements.
Regional Stewardship: Act as the HR Generalist for the Brazil region managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and supporting growth in new markets.
Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain a thorough understanding of evolving labor laws in Brazil and LatAm to ensure all operations remain compliant.
Project Delivery: Ensure the timely completion of high-priority risk and compliance projects to manage legal and financial considerations.
Systems Coordination: Serve as the teams Workday Lead ensuring data accuracy and promoting best practices across all lifecycle actions.
Audit & Quality Control: Coordinate audit requests to ensure operational compliance and provide recommendations to strengthen internal procedures.
Global Mobility: Act as a resource for the Mobile Wiser initiative resolving complex international remote working and relocation requests.
Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with the Payroll team on documentation for new hires and departures and oversee benefit administration in partnership with external providers.
Knowledge Management: Maintain clear accessible content on Confluence and internal workbooks to ensure information is transparent and up to date.
Organizational Impact & Strategy
Process Evolution: Guide the development of People Operations by leading local projects and contributing to global initiatives focused on automation and self-service.
Service Integration: Contribute to the development of shared services by identifying opportunities for centralized task management.
Mentorship: Model team standards providing guidance and support to other team members.
Strategic Planning: Participate in planning cycles by sharing ideas for cross-team initiatives and operational improvements.
Legal Updates: Stay informed on local employment laws and working practices updating policies to ensure continued compliance.
Qualifications :

Human Resources Expertise: Solid experience in HR operations ideally within a shared services environment or a dynamic technology company.
Analytical Approach: A strong interest in technology and data with the ability to use insights to understand employee needs and optimize internal processes.
Growth & Adaptability: A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to remain effective and focused during periods of rapid organizational change.
Communication & Integrity: Excellent written and verbal English skills with a proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
