Venture Dynamicsis actively seeking an HRAdministrator / Supervisor for the Portland Oregon area.

Portland OR (with a requirement to occasionally work from our main corporate office in Bremerton WA)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated andself-starting HR Administrator/Manager to oversee our HR functionalityincluding recruiting onboarding and employee delivery to job sites. Thishybrid role allows for a blend of remote work and time spent in our corporateoffice providing flexibility and fostering collaboration with our Bremertonoffice.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitingprocesses for shipyard staffing including sourcing screening interviewingand selecting candidates to meet client needs.
Onboard new employeesensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.
Maintain and manage employeerecords ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Develop and implement HRpolicies and procedures keeping current with industry trends and regulations.
Support employee engagementinitiatives fostering a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate delivery andscheduling of employees to job sites in collaboration with project managers.
Utilize HR metrics andanalytics to track performance and drive continuous improvement in hiringprocesses.
Provide administrativesupport including managing schedules maintaining databases and generatingreports.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in HRadministration or management preferably in the staffing or maritime industry.
Strong knowledge of HRfunctions including recruiting onboarding and employee relations.
Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel and other relevant HR software tools.
Excellent organizational andtime-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
Familiarity with labor lawsand regulations relevant to the shipping and staffing industries (preferred).
Salary Range:
$60000 - $75000 per year.
