Job Summary
What we expect from you
- Must have strong capabilities for learning and applying newtechnologies in innovative and creative ways;
- Designing and maintaining scalable UI components and patterns inFigma.
- Partnering with developers to ensure seamless implementation oftokens components and guidelines.
- Critical thinking and deep understanding of modern web developmentpractices;
- You must be highly motivated to work in a dynamic team environmentalongside data scientists and software engineers and have solidcommunication skills.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Degree or Masters degree in Digital Product Design or related areas;
- Capacity to foster a healthy stimulating work environment thatfrequently harnesses teamwork;
Essential:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems reusablecomponents and UI libraries.
- Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply todesigning for digital platforms including web iOS and Android.
- Understanding users identifying their needs from evidence andtranslating these into solutions.
Desirable (no excludable):
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Certifications or training in Product Design UX/UI Design DesignThinking Service Design UX (usability) or Research.
Personal Skills:
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment;
- Structured self-organized and collaborative way of working;
- Creativity and aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking;
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Decision making and team management.
