What impact youll make:
As Commercial Finance leader you will be an active support to the Sales and Commercial Team when building deal strategy as well as contributor to the transformation of the Commercial Operations.
What youll do
- Ensure full integrity in Orders/Commitment reporting on a Monthly and Quarter basis. The information will be used by the Commercial/Sales team for bonus calculation purpose and FP&A reporting.
- Participate to deal construct: will support the Commercial team to define the best deal strategy to win (financial and commercial risks go to market strategy).
- Support deal review: review deal compliance with DoA and take go/no-go decision based on Operational insights from the Commercial and Sales team according to DoA
- Support the transformation of the Commercial Operations team ensuring process simplification and improvement through standardization of FinSum construct standard content.
- Work with the Commercial Risk leader to review Commercial risks on an annual basis
- Support the construct of CSA for Controls (long term service agreements)
- Ensure timely cash collection and actions to support interests collection and customer hold in case of Past Dues
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Masters degree from an accredited university or college
- 8 years of experience in Finance related function
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance.
- Demonstrated use of CRM tool (SalesForce) / SAP Reporting and Gas Power FP&A tools
- Demonstrated experience to use and develop dashboards through Power BI/ Tableau
What will make you stand out
- Experience in deal strategy and go to market strategy
- Experience in Commercial Finance transformation / knowledge of Commercial Ops processes
- Strong experience in SAP .. need to know how to use both ERP and CRM
