Site Maintenance Officer
Grade 4 27.5 hrs per week 43 weeks per year 7.30am - 1.00pm
Term time only plus 4 weeks to be negotiated

St Werburghs and St Columbas Primary School are seeking applications for a proactive and highly motivated Site Maintenance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the school site including site security maintenance repairs some cleaning and looking after the outside areas including using the ride on mower and power tools.
Applicants must be able to work as part of a team communicate effectively with children staff governors and all stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate adherence to established safety policies and procedures.
