Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth and safe operation of the school site
ASAP start
Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Manager to join a primary SEN school in Richmond on an ASAP basis. This is a full-time position ideal for an experienced Facilities Manager who is passionate about creating safe well-maintained environments that support pupils with additional needs.
The successful Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the schools facilities including site maintenance health and safety compliance contractor coordination and security. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team you will play a vital role in ensuring the school environment is safe accessible and fully supportive of both pupils and staff.
This role would suit a Facilities Manager who is organised hands-on and confident working within a SEN setting with a strong understanding of how calm structured and secure environments support young learners.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Facilities Manager Site Manager or Caretaker (school-based experience desirable)
Strong understanding of health & safety site security and facilities compliance
Ability to manage contractors and carry out basic maintenance tasks
