As part of our UK HR team you will lead the HR service provision for Turner & Townsend across Infrastructure Defence and Energy and Natural Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver the People strategy in partnership with Turner & Townsend senior leadership team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers providing robust commercial advice and guidance on policy and process recommending appropriate solutions.
- Strong project management experience of end to end TUPE processes
- Drive insights via data and reporting to inform business decision making
- Shape influence manage and deliver a broad range of People projects change initiatives and calendar activities under the UK people strategy.
- Managing (direct and matrix) a team of People Business Partners and Advisors
- Manage talent and succession planning with key operational stakeholders.
- Produce people related reports in-depth data analysis and visual presentations and provide ad hoc management information to senior stakeholders

- Experience of People Business Partnering with senior management in a generalist HR role
- Experience working in a fast paced and matrixed organisation.
