1. Human Resource Planning
- Translate company strategic and tactical business plans into human resource plans & roadmaps. Work closely with business leaders in ramp up and improving the organization competence.
- Adjust and adapt quickly with business volatility.
2. Resourcing - Selection & Integration
- Supervise the Hiring Process from personnel requisitions through to onboarding.
- Ensure qualified and capable candidates and smooth Integration.
3. Talent Management
- Manage Talent Identification and Development Process
- Define talent development/retention measures together with line managers through systematic analysis of talent loss and motivation methodology
4. Rewarding & Leadership Management
- Conduct ASR discussion and future Position Evaluation with support in the res. Area.
- Support managers to use proper leadership instruments cultivate proper leadership culture and attitude.
5. Employee-Relationship and Competence Management
- Use Competence Management tool to work jointly with res. Department for competence build up and development to fulfill business needs.
- Res. For the employee relationship related topics in add. Retention Communicationetc.
- Handle common labor compliance issue/labor disputes with support from internal/external lawyer.
6. Other tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications :
1. Education:Bachelor degree & above in HR related major
2. Work Experience: at least 5 years HR experiences with multinational company and minimum 2 years in HR Business Partner role and experience. Certain Working Experience in Commercial area Sales are preferred.
3. Knowledge/ Skills:
- A good understanding about organization structure people;
- Sense of business acumen (understanding of operating concepts in a multi-business multi-culture organization)
- Quick learner;
- Familiar with Chinese Labor Laws
- Good at communication and presentation;
- Fluent English
- Interview skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity & pace of change
- knowledge in moderator skills; C&B; HR SAP System preferred
