Due to ongoing national growth we are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our successful Mount Waverley team. With more than 120 Occupational Therapists across Australia youll be joining a large collaborative and highly skilled network where your advanced practice and leadership capabilities can thrive.

About the Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist you will play a key role across service delivery clinical excellence and team capability building. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Functional Capacity Assessments
  • Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (including complex cases)
  • Sensory and emotional regulation assessments
  • Environmental risk assessments
  • Therapy-based intervention and skills development
  • Providing clinical guidance mentoring and support to early-career clinicians

You will work across clinic home school and community settingsensuring variety and meaningful impact in your day-to-day role.

What Youll Bring

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy with relevant experience
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical experience within the NDIS or related environment
  • A drivers licence and vehicle
  • Relevant checks (or willingness to obtain)
