The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 737 Systems is seeking a Network Systems & Avionics Integration Manager to join the team located in Renton WA.
Position Overview:
In addition to managing direct employees this is a cross-functional role that requires integration with managers and engineers in the design center.
The ideal candidate will excel in both the engineering technical acumen/excellence required for this role while also being an engaging and motivating people leader including committing to:

Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers responsible for 737 Onboard Network System & Onboard Maintenance Function design development verification and certification.
Partner closely with suppliers to establish project plans and manage team execution
Collaborate respectfully with the Network Systems & Avionics Design Centers to ensure PtP Status Risks and Issues are appropriately managed and elevated to the program
Work Authorization:
The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at Renton WA with a travel requirement of approximately 10% to both domestic and international sites.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
5 years of experience in an engineering position
1 year of experience providing technical leadership for an engineering team

Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.
Demonstrated ability in team building coaching and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to all stakeholders.
Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
