Kia of Puyallup has been selling and servicing new certified and pre-owned vehicles for more than 30 years and has provided multi-decade careers for many of our employees. We have an immediate opening for an experienced and proven Sales Manager to join our award-winning team.

Responsibilities:
- Engage lead and motivate the sales team in a professional manner to achieve and exceed goals
- Drive business forward by having a high-level of positive involvement in day-to-day sales operations and customer interactions
- Manage the sales and negotiation process with Sales Consultants ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
- Appraising vehicles for trade-in or outright purchase
- Assist in managing all areas of customer sales traffic: showroom e-commerce and phones
- Desk multiple new and used car deals sometimes simultaneously
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Kia and Kia of Puyallups values
- Partnering with General Manager and/or General Sales Manager to plan and manage inventory set monthly goals forecast and overall strategize
- Recruit hire and train Sales Consultants to create culture of continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven new car dealership Sales Manager experience with solid references
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with DMS and CRM systems
- Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Email Excel and Word
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Valid WA state drivers license
