Job Summary
Work Schedule:
Full-time 100% FTE day shift position. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay:
UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a LPN:
- Join our team of dynamic sleep experts (nurses psychiatrists neurologists pulmonologists and advanced practice providers) who care for adults and children with sleep disorders.
- Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
- Responsible for referrals pre-visit management patient messages regarding sleep study results refills and PAP therapy questions and adjustments.
Assist with rooming patients and taking vitals.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required
Work Experience
1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Required
CPR/BLS certification Required
