Job Summary
Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)

What you will do:
Managing traffic management operations on-site. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards while also pitching in doing minor civil work.
- Oversee and implement approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
- Ensure all traffic management activities comply with NZTA and company standards.
- Conduct on-site risk assessments and ensure all TTM setups meet approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
- Lead and coordinate Traffic Controllers and labourers on active sites
- Assist with civil construction tasks such as trenching pipe laying concreting reinstatements roading and general site preparation.
- Operate small tools and machinery as required
What we are looking for :
- STMS L1/STMS Universal STMS category A&B
- Full drivers license class 2 endorsement
- Sound understanding of NZTA standards and
- H&S Champion
- Team player willing assist where needed
- Be physically fit with a strong work ethic
- Proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Full NZ drivers license
