Were seeking an experienced asset management leader to shape the longterm stewardship of the Universitys complex portfolio. As the largest owner of historic buildings across NewZealands universities and home to the 2025 Construction Project of the Year Te Rangihīroa College its rare to work across heritage innovation and large scale capital investment.

Kā pūkeka me kā wheako Your skills and experience
Demonstrated experience in Asset Management optimising asset performance and long-term planning across varied asset types and stages of maturity.
Experience managing complex multi site or infrastructure asset portfolios such as those found in the tertiary health or government sectors.
Ability to translate asset data and analysis into clear strategic advice for senior decision makers.
Demonstrated leadership and management of staff in a property related role.
Experience of property management functions in a large property portfolio.

This is a full-time (1 FTE) permanent position based in Ōtepoti Dunedin New Zealand. Were open to discussing flexible hours for the right candidate.
The University is offering a remuneration level commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
