Brendan Foot Supersite is looking for an experienced driven Fleet Sales Manager to take sole charge of our Fleet Sales function across the group. Youll be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong fleet pipeline securing new business and working alongside our Sales Managers to structure and close fleet opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys relationship-building and isnt afraid to pick up the phone prospect and close.

The opportunity

Fleet is a key area for Brendan this role you will:

Own the end-to-end fleet function (pipeline prospecting proposals negotiations delivery coordination)

Build and retain lasting relationships with fleet customers corporates SMEs and procurement stakeholders

Work closely with our Sales Managers to put fleet deals together (pricing vehicle selection lead times spec delivery planning)

Proactively identify opportunities through cold calling networking follow-ups and referrals

Convert enquiries into long-term accounts by delivering excellent customer experience and consistent follow-through

Manage reporting forecasts and activity to ensure momentum and accountability

What were looking for

Youll likely be successful in this role if you:

Have proven success in fleet sales B2B automotive sales or relationship-led business development

Are confident with cold calling qualifying opportunities and asking for the close

Build trust quickly and maintain relationships over the long term

Can influence and collaborate internally to get deals structured and delivered smoothly

Are commercially sharpcomfortable with margins negotiations and tender-style proposals

Are organised resilient and able to self-manage your time and priorities

Automotive experience is essential and fleet/finance exposure is a strong advantage.
