About the role
Were on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help lead Staff Augmentation projects for global clients. Youll play a key role in coordinating distributed development teams ensuring project success and building strong trust-based relationships with both clients and talent.
What Youll Be Doing
- Managing the full project lifecycle of Staff Augmentation engagements
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Coordinating schedules deliverables and priorities with multiple stakeholders
- Tracking team performance and ensuring SLA compliance
- Working closely with tech leads and recruiters to ensure alignment on skills goals and expectations
- Identifying risks and proactively driving resolution
- Supporting team engagement motivation and retention
What You Bring
- 4 years of experience managing Staff Augmentation projects
- Experience working with software development teams
- Engineering background or PM certification (PMP Scrum etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level)
- Experience working remotely with multicultural team
