Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
10 years working with adhesives films or tape technologies used in consumer electronics.
5 years of leadership experience managing teams of engineers or scientists.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile processes and complex project execution.
Knowledge of FEA flow modeling CAD tools and lab automation technologies.
