Job Summary

Key Notes:

- EXPERT Plastic Design skills required. Plastics must be all over the resume and the main focus of their career. The HM is picky on the resumes must be clean without errors.

- This is the 6th hire of 6 on a new team; the last offer fell through this month so this hire is urgent.

- This group does custom work on many projects at the same time. Our hire must come from the type of place where the person had to do everything (from smaller teams where people wear multiple hats not giant ones where work is highly siloed).

- Interview process: HR > F2F with HM > Teams with Director > Offer.

- No Paid relo. Relo at own expense is okay. Prefers locals.
