Position Summary
We are recruiting for a full-time on-site position in Lisbon dedicated to serving our French-speaking customer base. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We welcome candidates who meet the language and legal requirements regardless of extensive past experience as comprehensive training will be provided.
Core Duties
The primary function involves interacting directly with customers via various channels (phone email chat) to address inquiries troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely accurate solutionsall conducted mainly in French. You are expected to log all customer interactions accurately and collaborate effectively within the team to uphold high service standards.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Language Requirements: Absolute fluency (C1 level or equivalent) in both the French and English languages is essential.
- Start Date: Candidates must be ready to begin work on January 8 2026.
- Legal Documentation: Eligibility to work in Portugal is non-negotiable. Accepted documents include an EU/EEA Passport a Refugee Status Card or a Residency Permit that is valid for over one year.
Operational Details and Schedule
The job is based in our Lisbon facility. Coverage is required 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Therefore applicants must be flexible and willing to work a rotating shift pattern which encompasses daytime evening and overnight hours. You will receive two non-fixed consecutive rest days each week.
Compensation & Rewards
The employment package includes:
- Remuneration: A gross monthly salary of 900 dispersed over 14 annual payments.
