Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers through phone email and chat providing accurate and efficient solutions.
Address questions about products technical issues and order-related concerns.
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed.
Deliver a positive and personalized customer service experience.
Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (C1-C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
No prior experience required ideal for entry-level candidates!
Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
