Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone email and chat providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Address questions about products technical issues and order-related concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed.
- Deliver a positive and personalized customer service experience.
- Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (C1-C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience required ideal for entry-level candidates!
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
