- Uphold consistently high standards of professionalism and apply genuine empathy ensuring maximum client satisfaction in all interactions.
- Collaborate closely with specialized internal teams to facilitate the efficient escalation and definitive resolution of highly complex or niche service cases.
- Maintain meticulous accurate records of all customer communications and activity within the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure strict adherence to all established company procedures defined service delivery standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Actively contribute to a supportive and cohesive team dynamic and proactively propose ideas for continuous operational improvement.
- Commit to staying updated on all product developments feature releases and organizational policies to ensure the advisory service provided is always of the highest quality.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluency at a native level in French (or certified C1 proficiency is the mandatory minimum).
- A competent working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Demonstrated strong communication skills including the ability to articulate detailed information clearly and persuasively to clients.
- A deeply client-centric professional attitude characterized by patience empathetic listening and meticulous attention to operational detail.
- Basic familiarity with computer operations and a proven capacity to quickly learn and utilize new software applications.
- The required capacity to perform duties on-site at the companys Lisbon facility.
- Compulsory: Possession of EU nationality or holding current valid legal authorization to work and reside in Portugal.

- Prior professional background in a client-facing role such as customer service technical assistance or hospitality services.
