Your Mission

As a Customer Service Representative youll be at the heart of the customer journeycreating positive memorable experiences at every interaction. You will:

Be the friendly and professional point of contact for customers via phone chat and email
Represent a leading European brand with confidence warmth and enthusiasm
Accurately document customer interactions solutions and follow-ups in our CRM system
Troubleshoot and resolve questions related to digital products
Stay up to date with the latest products services and policies to provide spot-on information
Collaborate with a supportive team to continuously improve the customer experience

What You Bring

Speak Danish at Fluent level (written & spoken) and have English at B2 level
Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment
Are passionate about automotive topics and comfortable with digital technologies
Have strong attention to detail organization and problem-solving skills
Enjoy thinking creatively and finding solutions that truly help customers
