Your Responsibilities

Assist business clients via chat email and phone.

Support and grow the self-serve online advertising user base.

Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for digital marketing tools.

Troubleshoot technical issues bugs and advertising delivery errors.
-
Proactively communicate with clients and offer performance-improving solutions.

Share customer insights with internal teams to improve platform tools.

Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
