Job Summary
For our department Compliance Sales Partner and Traide Affairswe are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible:
Your responsibilities:
- You will further develop our Compliance Management System with a focus on Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Antitrust
- You will independently conduct risk assessments random analyses and focus audits and prepare reports and guidelines
- You will implement and manage the (Social) Compliance Management System in coordination with stakeholders from GD Currency Technology and the GD Group
- You will advise and support the Chief Compliance Officer regarding legal requirements and golden standards and implement these
Your profile:
- You have a completed Master degree in law economics political science sociology psychology or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of compliance and in dealing with commission-based business partners
- Experience in the field of CSR and knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements in the area of human rights are an advantage
- You possess very strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a self-reliant solution-oriented and structured approach to work
- You are able to present complex issues in a simplified manner
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate very well within the team
- You have very good German and confident English language skills
