About the Role:

Caraniche is seeking a highly talented Project Lead to provide all project management activities as required. You will be reporting into the General Manager Innovation Hub. Within the Innovation Hub you are responsible for managing the development of all new products (including service models) from concept design business case through to minimum viable product.

This roleis also actively involved in reviewing market opportunitiescoordinating with internal stakeholders torespondto tenderswrite proposals and submissions andrespondtocustomer enquiriesregardingsubmissions. The role will alsoassistwith contract execution and be a key liaison between the customer and Caraniche.

Furthermore responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Establishtheprojectpurpose objectivesand scope.
  • Construct a detailed project plan inclusive of governance structures roles and responsibilitiestasks and milestonesresourcesbudgetand timelines
  • Identifywhen a project(s) is at risk offailing to meetkey milestones or exceed budget.
  • Establish and lead internal working groups for projects to ensureappropriate consultationand collaboration with relevant business areas.
  • Active involvement in scanning and reviewing emerging opportunitiesto grow the business
  • Responsible forestablishingand maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience specifically in program or service model design and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability toeffectively manage cross functional project teams with a range of experience andexpertise
  • Strong written communication and professional writing skill
